The following is a bar guide that started as a list of respected bars in London, known and recommended by our hospitality industry friends in Detroit and NYC. As we travelled to each bar and chatted, as we often do, with the bartenders, we learned of other industry-approved bars. Like a domino effect, one recommendation begets another handful, and now we’re going to have to return to London for a more thorough visit of each. We recommend that you do, too.
